Over 20 years of coaching experience in sports and fitness. Coaching sports like Swimming, Olympic Weightlifting, and Competitive CrossFit, while training clients in personal and group settings along the way. Regardless of skill level, age, or goal I stand ready to help you through your fitness journey.

Having been diagnosed with Thyroid disease along with other health issues at around the age of 10-11. Like many others, fitness and sports started off for me as “need” and not so much of a “want”. I never thought that they would become my passion. Working as a lifeguard one year the opportunity to teach swim lessons fell on my lap. Teaching lessons eventually led to coaching for a municipal swim team.This was supposed to be a cool job while I went to school for sound. I can’t pinpoint a particular moment that was THE turning point. Somewhere along the way I realized that not only was I good at helping others learn new things, but I also really enjoyed doing it. Seeing results put me over the top. Hard work and attention to detail was resulting in really fast swimmers and results in the gym. Eventually kids, parents, and clients started telling me about the impact that I was having on them. That’s it, I was hooked.

“The grind” The simple action of getting up and doing it again. Sounds boring, I know. The moment you help someone realize that it’s not an exercise, workout, or program that gets them to their goal. It’s consistency. That moment is the payoff.
